Clemens Finkelstein
Clemens Finkelstein is a doctoral candidate at Princeton University. His work explores the History and Theory of Architecture at the field’s junction with Media Studies and the History and Philosophy of Science and Technology. As a Summer Fellow in Digital Humanities, his project “The Hum of Viral Equilibrium: COVID-19 Pandemic Lulls the Planetary Ambient” aims to extrapolate—from contemporary geoseismic data, historical seismograms and event catalogs—a rich narrative about the otherwise invisible force of vibration that moves our planet and oscillates through our buildings and bodies.
