Chan Yong Bu

Chan Yong Bu is a Ph.D. candidate in East Asian Studies and a Graduate Fellow in Digital Humanities. His Ph.D. dissertation, "Narrations of Metal During the Cold War and Their Afterlives in Korea," explores an alternative geopolitical entity based on metallurgical imageries in South and North Korea’s Cold War propaganda films and literature.
