Data Conversations English (5 of 9)

The CDH hires graduate and undergraduate students for part-time work either as student assistants or as researchers on sponsored projects. The descriptions below offer a snapshot of the positions, but they do not represent the range of possibilities for our student assistants. If you are interested in learning more about current opportunities, please contact cdh-info@princeton.edu.

Undergraduate Assistants

CDH Undergraduate Assistants are important to the success of our programs and projects. From assisting with events, to promoting our offerings in the campus community, to helping out with social media, CDH Undergraduate Assistants get valuable experience working at a busy research center. Undergraduates assigned to individual projects learn about DH research by helping out with data entry and analysis and other project tasks.

Graduate Assistants

Graduate Assistants contribute to a wide range of initiatives, including our grad-specific programming. Key responsibilities include researching and promoting DH opportunities for graduate students at Princeton and elsewhere and spreading the word about CDH within the graduate community. Graduate Assistants gain important insight into the administrative side of a research center.
