Collaborative Research Partnerships

Apply to work with the CDH Research Software Engineering team to accelerate your digital humanities projects. We focus on short-term (2-4 week) and longer-term (2-6 month) collaborations where we partner with you to develop new software that enables or expands your ability to use computational and data-intensive methods in your research.

We solicit proposal for new projects annually through our collaborative research partnerships. Please follow the CDH website and newsletter to be alerted of our next call for proposals.

If you have an idea for a project, we would love to hear from you! Please sign up for a consultation to talk to a RSE team member.

Research partners will be matched with CDH RSEs with relevant expertise, and will collaboratively develop a project charter that will guide the project development. Partners are expected to be available for regular meetings (in person or on Zoom) with the RSE team during the course of the collaboration, and will contribute to a project whitepaper at the end of the partnership.
