Princeton’s Center for Digital Humanities (CDH) and Humanities Council invite applications for a Digital Humanities Perkins Postdoctoral Fellow in the Humanities Council. The Fellow may be appointed as a postdoctoral scholar or a more senior research associate, to begin on or around July 2023.
The Perkins Fellow will spend 50% time on their own digital humanities research project, and 50% contributing to CDH programs, events and initiatives. They will be expected to teach the CDH’s flagship Introduction to Digital Humanities undergraduate course.
Candidates with a background in any humanities discipline, and whose research integrates digital, data-driven, or computational methods, are encouraged to apply. We are particularly interested in candidates whose research engages with machine learning techniques, such as Natural Language Processing and computer vision.
Applications submitted by April 30, 2023 will receive priority consideration.
