Sara B. Green is a Ph.D. candidate studying modern and contemporary art in the department of Art & Archaeology. Her research focuses on artistic practices in France in the post-1945 period, with interests in theories of language; connections between the visual arts and literature; and experimental film. She is currently working on a dissertation project titled “Lettrism’s ‘aesthetic element.’” Sara holds a B.A. in French and Art History from Oberlin College and an M.A. from the Williams College Graduate Program in the History of Art.
