Dylan Principi

Graduate Fellow

Dylan Principi is a graduate student in the music department, where he researches how continental epistemology can inform the analysis of 20th-century French music. In addition to performing professionally, he is also a teaching artist at Temple University’s Music Preparatory and chair of the Psychoanalysis Interest Group of the Society for Music Theory. Dylan’s digital interests include computational analysis with the music21 Python library, web and database design, Unix systems engineering, and data privacy.
