The CDH is always looking for talented individuals to join our team.

Current Opening: Humanities Computing Curriculum Specialist (2-year position)

The Humanities Computing Curriculum Committee (HC3), coordinated by Princeton’s Center for Digital Humanities (CDH), is a joint venture of technologists, humanists, administrators, and students. We believe that emerging methods in data science promise new insights into human history and culture, and that the humanities are vital to developing socially responsible technology in the world today. We see curricular reform as a vital means of putting the liberal arts into conversation with computer and data science to help foster a more just future.

HC3 seeks to hire a scholar and educator to grow this pathbreaking curriculum development initiative that will integrate humanistic methods with computer and data science in undergraduate courses. The Humanities Computing Curriculum Specialist will be embedded with the CDH. They will collaborate with campus partners including the Humanities Council, the Center for Statistics and Machine Learning, the Council on Science and Technology, the McGraw Center for Teaching and Learning, the Office of the Dean of the College, and the academic departments represented on HC3.

Application review will begin June 11.
